ECSO invites its Members to join an exclusive webinar titled EuroStack and the Role of the Cybersecurity Community, taking place on 8 April 2025, from 11:00 to 12:00 CET.
About the Webinar
In light of recent geopolitical developments, including the shifting dynamics between Europe and the United States, Russia’s war against Ukraine, and the new political momentum at the European level, with upcoming European projects such as the Ream Europe and the Saving and Investments Union, the need for Europe to assert its technological sovereignty has never been more critical.
In this context, initiatives such as the EuroStack, which aims to build a robust, homegrown digital ecosystem that aligns with European values of democracy, privacy, and sustainability are growing in importance. As stated in its pitch document: “‘EuroStack’ is an umbrella term for a European tech infrastructure intended to create local capacity along the digital value chains which enable the provision of digital products and services” (EuroStack, 2025).
Consequently, ECSO has partnered with the European Digital SME Alliance to deliver an introductory webinar to the EuroStack concept, and explore how it can help Europe achieve technological sovereignty, empower European SMEs, fortify our digital infrastructure against external threats, and most importantly, what role the cybersecurity community can play in this initiative.
