The Cybersecurity Budgets: Ownership, Reporting, and Trends webinar will present key findings from our recent survey conducted among the ECSO CISO Community. The session will focus on the complexities of cybersecurity cost reporting, ownership, and budgeting structures. It will address the following pivotal questions:
- Which labour costs should be classified as cybersecurity expenses?
- What is the current landscape of cyber cost reporting within organisations?
- How are tools, services, and capabilities accounted for in cybersecurity budgets?
By analysing disparity between existing budgeting practices and desired changes identified by CISOs, this session will provide valuable insights that can inform strategic decision-making and drive effective changes in cyber risk management and cost effectiveness.
Speakers:
- Tomasz Michalowski (Junior Manager, ECSO)
- Petri Kuivala (CISO Advisor, Hoxhunt)
