Today, 2 April 2025, the CISO Community of the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO) has signed a Partnership Agreement with CESIN – Club des Experts de la Sécurité de l’Information et du Numérique during the INCYBER Forum Europe (FIC) in Lille, France. Through this Partnership, Members of both communities will engage in structured and meaningful collaboration.
The aim is to support CISOs at all levels by fostering knowledge and best practices sharing and enhancing visibility for common objectives. It includes cooperation on events, workshops, conferences, and any future activities agreed upon.

What is CESIN?
The Club des Experts de la Sécurité de l’Information et du Numérique – CESIN – is a non-profit association that promotes the exchange of knowledge, the sharing of experience, and cooperation between information and digital security professionals. Its active members are experts in information and digital security management positions (RSSI, DSSI, DSI, CISO) within private or public companies, excluding commercial companies whose main activity is the supply of information and digital security equipment or consulting. About the ECSO CISO Community
The ECSO CISO Community hosts Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and other cybersecurity experts working closely with CISOs, from all across Europe and sectors. Its objective is to promote the exchange of information, good practices, and threat intelligence, and to develop common positions of cybersecurity practitioners. To achieve this, the ECSO CISO Community provides regular discussions on topics of general interest to CISOs with a variety of backgrounds and experience levels.
