The European Commission has recently opened the feedback period for two proposals adopted in February 2022, namely the European Chips Act (link here) and the Data Act (link here).The European Commission has recently opened the feedback period for two proposals adopted in February 2022, namely the European Chips Act (link here) and the Data Act (link here).

The feedback will be open until the 9th of May 2022 (Chips Act) and the 13th of May 2022 (Data Act) (midnight Brussels time). The Commission is inviting stakeholders, companies, private citizens, organisations and the public in general to provide feedback to the adopted proposals.

The feedback provided will feed into the political negotiation between the European Parliament and the Council.
