ECSO is proud to announce a new major event designed for the European Cybersecurity Community: The North European Cyber Days, taking place on 4, 5 & 6 November 2025 at the Oslo Science Park, Norway.
This high-level event will bring together key stakeholders from across cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), and critical sectors to explore shared challenges, foster cross-border collaboration, and unlock new opportunities for investment, innovation, and resilience in Europe’s digital landscape.
Co-organised with the North European Cybersecurity Cluster (NECC), VentureNet, the Norwegian Computing Center (NR), the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), the Norwegian Center for Cybersecurity in Critical Sectors (SFI NORCICS), the Norwegian Ecosystem for Secure IT-OT Integration (NESIOT), the International Alliance for Healthcare Security and Privacy (CybAlliance), the University of Jyväskylä, and Oslo Science Park, the event is also supported by the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centres (NCCs) of the Nordic Region.
Tailored for CTOs, CISOs, public authorities, investors, researchers, and other senior decision-makers, the North European Cyber Days will serve as a key platform to advance cybersecurity as an enabler of trusted AI, secure IT-OT integration, and data-driven innovation in critical sectors.

Day 1 – The ECSO Cyber Investor Days
As part of the North European Cyber Days, ECSO will host a new edition of its Cyber Investor Days on 4 November 2025. This event offers a unique opportunity for Europe’s most promising cybersecurity start-ups and SMEs to pitch their innovations to leading investors and corporate leaders from across the continent.

Cybersecurity start-ups and SMEs eager to present their solutions on a European stage are invited to apply.
To be considered for the pitching opportunities, candidates must complete the application form and send a 5–7 slide pitch deck (PDF, max 1 MB) to: events@ecs-org.eu.
Selected companies will be granted a 7-minute pitch in front of a European audience and a judging panel composed of Investors.
Deadline: 15 September 2025 – An evaluation committee will select 8–12 companies to pitch in Oslo.
The ECSO STARtup Award 2026
The top two companies from the Oslo edition will be nominated for the ECSO STARtup Award 2026, gaining the opportunity to pitch at the European finals and connect with top-tier investors and industry leaders.
Day 2 – The ECSO Cyber Solution Days & NECC Industry Day
On 5 November, we will offer a dedicated space for CISOs, corporate decision-makers, and investors to explore cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and connect with Europe’s leading providers through B2B meetings, pitch sessions, and interactive discussions.

Looking to grow your network and visibility? Cybersecurity companies that have developed innovative solutions or products in the areas of Smart Communities, or Smart Healthcare, are encouraged to apply to pitch in this event

- Await selection! Upon meeting the criteria, up to 10 companies will be selected to present their solutions and products at the event in Oslo.
Selection criteria for cybersecurity providers to be included in the pitch deck:
- Europe-based small and medium enterprises – headquartered in Europe and minimum 51% European capital in the ownership structure.
- Both product and service providers in the areas of Smart Communities, or Smart Healthcare – no re-sellers or integrators (but representatives of those categories are very welcome to join the event)
- Description of the solution/product matching the theme of the event.
- Use case example.
- List of the main clients.
- List of certifications (if applicable).
- Data residency/sovereignty information – demonstrate to show where the users’ data is stored).
- Security practices – demonstrate how the company ensures its infrastructure security and implements security assessment.
- Integration potential – demonstrate how well the company’s solution can integrate with IT frameworks and other cybersecurity products.
- Ease of deployment – demonstrate how quickly the solution can be deployed and how many resources are needed.
- Maintainability – showcase how much resources are required to monitor the solution, how solution maintenance is implemented and if it requires hiring people or involving third parties in its maintenance.
Additional information to be included in the pitch deck:
- Size of the company – in terms of staff numbers (Full-time equivalents/FTEs).
- Annual turnover – in euros, or converted in euros.
- How long is the company on the market.
Selected companies will be granted a 7-minute pitch in front of a European audience and a judging panel composed by CISOs.

IMPORTANT: Please keep your application convincing and concise. The selection committee will choose 10-12 European providers to pitch during the event.
The ECSO CISO Choice Award 2026
The two best cybersecurity companies participating in the Nordic Edition of the Cyber Solution Days will be nominated to compete for the ECSO CISO Choice Award in early 2026. During the final ceremony, nominees from the ECSO Cyber Solution Days series will pitch to a European Judging Panel and will have a unique opportunity to present themselves to leading market players and buyers in Europe.
The Women4Cyber Entrepreneurship Award 2026
ECSO and the Women4Cyber Foundation joined forces to acknowledge and celebrate women leaders in the cybersecurity field, as well as companies that are actively working towards achieving gender equality. This collaborative effort aims to shine a spotlight on the invaluable contributions of women in cybersecurity while promoting and supporting organisations that prioritise diversity and gender balance.

Day 3 – North European Brokerage Day
On 6 November we will explore major international initiatives, financing instruments, and collaboration opportunities supporting research and commercial development in cybersecurity. Discover how you can get involved in cross-border projects aimed at strengthening secure infrastructure and building resilient value chains across critical sectors.
The programme will feature three parallel tracks focused on key domains: cybersecurity, healthcare, and Smart Communities. Each session will showcase relevant EU and Nordic/Baltic funding opportunities—such as Horizon Europe Cluster 1, 3, 4, 5 calls and Missions—and include presentations, pilot cases, and workshops dedicated to fostering collaboration at both European and regional levels between industry, SMEs, and academia.
