1st edition was a success!
ECSO together with l’Alliance pour la Confiance Numérique (ACN) and Systematic Paris Region organised a match up event between start ups and investors from across Europe on 27 February 2018 in Paris.
With more than 80 participants to this 1st edition of this event, 40 start ups had the opportunity to meet with 16 investors to boost their companies and push forward their innovative ideas. The startups had face to face meetings with investors during 2 match making sessions to pitch their ideas, solutions, services or products.
ECSO Vice President and Head of Digital Security of the Digital Transformation Office for Airbus Defence & Space, François Lavaste kick started the event with introductory remarks.
This event, organised under the auspice of the European Commission’s European Industry Week , follows the success of the event in Tallinn organised on 12 September 2017 together with Startup Estonia. It not only allows investors to better know the emerging players in Europe but also gives a chance for start ups to finance their innovative solutions.
With this event, ECSO and its partners continue to encourage greater openness towards the European landscape and support local ecosystem specialized in cybersecurity.
