This webinar, part of the Cyber Resilient Regions Community (CRR) initiative by ECSO, Tuscany Region, Major Cities of Europe, and EU City ISAC I4C+, delves into one of the most pressing challenges for European Public Administrations: how to attract, recruit, and retain cybersecurity professionals.
A European Local and Regional Authority (LRAs) or even a national Public Administration (PAs) in Europe faces challenges in the scouting phase, in recruitment and hiring process and in relation to employee retention rates. Through expert insights and regional case studies, the event explores strategies to address the talent gap in public administrations at all levels of governance.
Participants will gain valuable insights into overcoming challenges such as competing with private sector salaries, designing effective job profiles, and fostering collaborations with universities. The webinar will address the following key questions:
