Digital Assembly 2023: A Digital, Open and Secure Europe
The Digital Assembly 2023 will provide a forum for stakeholders to exchange views on how we can realise Europe’s potential in the Digital Decade.
The Digital Assembly 2023 will be held in Arlanda, Sweden on 15-16 June 2023. It will be opened by Erik Slottner, Swedish Minister for Public Administration and Thierry Breton, Commissioner for the Internal Market.
The conference will consist of 5 plenary sessions and 6 breakout, as well as 3 side events.
The plenary sessions will focus on a range of topics:
- Delivering the Digital Decade, including multi country projects under European Digital Infrastructure Consortia (EDICs)
- A thriving single market for data
- Progress in quantum technologies
- Framing and scaling the European cyber and ICT sectors for competitiveness on a global scale
- A secure European identity – the EU digital identity wallet
The plenaries will feature a range of high-level and inspirational speakers from the digital sector, policy makers, and academia.

Participation
The Digital Assembly 2023 takes place at the Scandinavian XPO in Arlanda near Stockholm. You can choose to participate in person or online as the event will be hybrid.
To attend the conference in person, you can register until the 8 June. Attendance is free of charge, and lunch, dinner and the evening entertainment are included.
To follow the event remotely, you don’t need to register, as parts of the conference will be live-streamed.
