Learn about the new growing ECSO initiative
18 November 2020
Today ECSO re-publishes its Letter of Intent, with the second round of signatories, reiterating the aim to establish a European Cybersecurity Investment Platform (CIP).
41 new signatories from 18 different countries have signed during the second round (bringing the total to 49 signatories), representing the very real and strong desire across Europe to build and scale this project quickly.
This initiative comes during a critical juncture in the development of global technological competition and Europe must act now to build and maintain a competitive advantage. European institutional endorsement is now required to ensure all the relevant stakeholders covering the entire investment value chain are involved in the inception of the CIP and ECSO will continue to pursue talks with the European Commission, European Investment Fund and European Investment Bank among others.
