M&As:

• August: There were 12 M&As this month. Notable deals include the acquisition of PingCastle (France) by Netwrix (US) and Acronis (Switzerland) by EQT (Sweden).
• September: There were 10 M&As this month. Key deals include Visa’s acquisition of Featurespace (UK) for an estimated €145-210M, and CyberOwl (UK) being acquired by DNV (Norway) for €18-29M.
• October: There were M&As with highlights such as Sophos (UK) acquiring Secureworks (US) for €780M and Insight Partners (US) acquiring Detecify (Sweden).
