ECSO and Women4Cyber’s new initiative has officially launched: register to Road2Cyber today!

The European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO) and the Women4Cyber Foundation have joined forces to develop a new European platform dedicated to cybersecurity education and work industry: Road2Cyber! Join the platform today registering here and hit the road with us on this new, exciting journey!

Road2Cyber aims at connecting cybersecurity professionals, practitioners, and the industry.  From education and job hunting to lifelong learning, Road2Cyber provides a centralised meeting point for skills offering and talent acquisition, including resources, job listings, training opportunities, and innovative learning methods to empower users and bridge the gap between education and employment in the cybersecurity field. Road2Cyber is boosted by the network of universities and partners of the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO) and the Women4Cyber Foundation.

Our newest platform aims at finding a solution to the European cybersecurity talent shortage and to improving gender balance in the cybersecurity industry.

Road2Cyber’s overarching goal is to support individuals in their cybersecurity journey. To do so, our platform offers the following features:

  • Talent Pool: a tool designed to facilitate access to jobs in cyber, optimising on one side the recruiting process for companies and, on the other, for job seekers to upload their profile.
  • Job Board: the place to find open positions in cybersecurity at any level and for any type of role (technical, non-technical, hybrid…).
  • Cyber Ranges: an all-in-one tool to discover European cyber ranges and cyber range-enabled services, including a filtered search according to the learner’s needs and a practice field within which to validate processes, technologies, skills and competences.
  • Road2Cyber Trainings: a catalogue of courses for learners at all career stages to skill, reskill or upskill themselves in cyber, matched to career pathways in accordance with the 12 overarching job roles in the ENISA European Cybersecurity Skills Framework.
  • Road2Cyber Certifications: access to a broad range of certifications from professional organisations in cybersecurity.
  • Road2Cyber Mentorships: a matchmaking tool showcasing mentors willing to guide and support learners in improving their skills and advancing their careers.
