An insight into the European cybersecurity recruitment process

Understanding the European cybersecurity HR recruitment needs & process is fundamental to employ new workforce in a sector which is growing fast like the cybersecurity one. Following its workshop titled “The need for cybersecurity experts in Europe”, ECSO continued the conversation on the recruitment of cybersecurity professionals in Europe with a questionnaire, which highlighted additional useful insights from the HR community.
